Recently replaced fuel pump that was full of bad gas and rusted out. Washed the tank out and installed new fuel pump. New fuel pump is not sounding or whining. I also replaced the fuel relay. Not getting anything from the new fuel pump. Any suggestions? Also, white plug showing 12v when key is turned on. Green plug not showing anything when key is turned on.

New fuel pump, completely new assembly from Yamaha, or one of the replacement pump units that go into the housing?
