Hello,
I have an 06 r6
I check the following
-spark/ has spark in all four
-fuel/ when taking the tank out it flush has in my face had pressure/ how much? Don’t know but it seem like a good amount of pressure
-air is good filter looks fine
-Compression , 150,150, 125+,175psi
I checked for loose connections and everything seems in order
Not sure but butterfly don’t fully open with ignition on not sure if this is normal?
I even attempted to turn it on spraying gas in the body intake and it didn’t start
Any idea would be appreciated

Maybe it's possible you have a bad coil pack on one of the plugs. Well, I just noticed you said it had spark. Maybe low fuel pressure?

Hey man thanks for the reply, fuel everthing seems to be fine but here is the weird thing I sprayed fuel into the throttle bodies directly and it didn’t fire up
those compression numbers are out of range enough to be worth following the diagnostic tree.

when you're cranking it, does it try to start at all?

should you hear it trying to fire, but unable to run, might be a valve job due or damaged head gasket, but the headgasket on those is seldom the issue; however, those compression numbers suggest some sort of cross cylinder leak.
I ha a similar problem. The previous owner had replaced the fuel pump but didn't slip the o ring onto the new pump. left it in the body of pump where it looked ok but wasn't sealing. 2nd time around i picked out the o ring, pushed it onto the nozzle of the pump, pushed that into position in the pump body and it fired up within a few seconds, ran fine. There's how-to's on Youtube which will help.

I had same problem on my 2003 R6.

Fuel pump was priming, spark present, fresh fuel, no error codes, all diagnostic ok, all fuses OK, engine turning over.

Bettery 12.8V - 13.0V.

Still it turned out that battery lost its CCA - cold cranking amp. Swapped battery and started straight away.
It's weird how they can measure ok; but be far from it
