Hello, I have a 2007 R6. I have already done the 420 chain conversion kit -1 up front and stock in the rear. I am looking to get a full exhaust set up. I want to make sure there is a good power increase with the exhaust and a pc3 before I waste $1500+ on this stuff.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you mean 520 conversion. LOL... Yes, a full system will give you some good power gains. Just make sure you follow it up with a custom map from a good tuning center or race shop.

I figure a custom map would be best as well.

depending on what system, yea, Around the 10hp mark. And custom mao is a MUST!

Many manufacturers will have a map set up that'll usually do you until you can get a custom map done. Unless things are way out of whack, don't think you have to run right out and plunk down 250-350 bucks on a custom map the instant you get that exhaust on. (However, it'll always run better on a custom map, no question.)

And for the record, the exhaust I'm using is supposed to be about +15 over stock on hp, by their dyno chart. (And yes, I'm using their map - I can't afford the custom map yet.)
