Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and I am the proud owner of a 2007 r6s.

Now I have a quick question.
Is the ecu of the 2007 r6s flashable? If so is it worth it?

Thank you,

And that's a little disappointing. But is has an ecu right? Why isn't it flashable and is it also restricted like the r6 models?

Don't worry, that machine is still more capable than most.

Yes, it has an ECU but it's not drive my wire like on the regular R6 06+. What are you looking to do? You can change the power curve slightly with some throttle stops, +4 ignition advance and velocity stacks, should you choose to.

I'm planning on install stops very soon, I've had them forever just haven't installed them yet.

Haha wow that's a little rigorous.. I think I'm just going with a powercommander. The bike came with an open akrapovic carbon exhaust. So I think a power commander wouldn't be that bad, and ad a bmc filter.
