well the tow company broke my right side footpeg in half. i have new aftermarket ones but can figure out how to change them. on the right side it seams its a pin like peaned over, but the left side is a pin with cotter key. any help is much appreciated.

the tow company pay for them? or did you not notice it till later?
wish i could help, haven't touched my pegs yet

i got a check for all the damages. but before it happened i already bought a set of pegs luckly i didnt put them on before, but i need to figure out how to do it.

did you end up finding out a way to do it?

I'm on the same boat too atm :(
X2 lol same thing with my 2006

i guess we have to drill the rivet that hold the right peg then find a new bolt or cutter pin to hold it like the left one maybe yamaha have those pin for sell idk ....

broguth my bike in for the first service and asked them what the deal was. they ordered the new pin needed to change the peg, and said theyll do it itll only take 10-15 minutes. part is under a buck or something like that.
