Can't watch it on Google Drive's website... can only download it.

Sounds like a mad mad tick. Any change when mess with the clutch? May start by pulling off the clutch cover and oil pan. But the frequency of the tick leads me toward something that is top-end related. (cam turns twice for every single rotation of the crank)

Any change when mess with the clutch? Like, pull the lever in neutral? Release the clutch lever in first gear? (on a bike stand)

Unless there's an obvious sign, like the above, Will have to pull the valve cover and possibly oil pan off. Look for metal shavings in the pan.

Unless the engine is new enough to be breaking in still, shavings are never a good thing.

Gotta tear it down and figure out the source.

EDIT: But start with removing and inspecting the clutch as it's the best case scenario. If it is the clutch, remove and clean out the oil cooler as well.
