can anyone pull up there 6 in 2nd gear?,
Everyone can pull their R6 up in second gear without using the clutch.

2nd gear, 55-60 mph, stand up on the pegs, bend yure knees give it a hella-big bounce, as soon as you feel the front forks start to decompress (come back up), whack the throttle open

Keep your knees locked, stand up straight and try not to flip over because if you do all of the preceding steps correctly, it will come up really fast. Be ready to let off the throttle right away.

Start off small and practice, practice, practice. Before long you will be posting questions like:

"How do I change lanes in a wheelie?"
"Man, i get tired after riding 5 mile wheelies"
"Does anyone know how to install a headlight on the bottom of your bike for night-time wheelies?"

Hold on tight when you bring it down because if you don't you may get some tank slapping - it's not a bad idea to get back on the throttle when it is almost down. The bike won't go back up, but it will make the landing softer.

its easier to do them that way but I can get my bike up in second by takin it to 10grand let off a sec sit back pull up and twist it takes a bit to get UP there to the balance point but itll do it it also helps to not have a full tank

I strongly recommend investing in a steering dampner if you plan to do wheelies. You will get some tank slapping coming down from them without one. As for clutching it, I have no problem with pulling them up that way. I've never had to change a clutch in a bike, and I can assure you I do 2nd gear clutch wheelies all the time. The motor in my 99 died from oil starvation (from being verticle too long) way before I ever had problems with the clutch. I had 16,000 miles on the motor at the time. I had 65,000 miles on my CBR without changing a clutch. I'm not a big proponent of first gear wheelies. Everyone I've ever seen loop a bike did so in first gear. Not saying you will, but it's easy to do so in 1st. Oddly enough, I seem to wheelie better on a full tank, but that's probably just me. It just seems more steady to me when full. One more thing, get a steering dampner. :)

Forget the headlights under the bike, just do what I did and add purple neon lights underneath the bike . . . by the way don´t forget the fuzzy dice hanging from your mirrors for the full effect.

Trick CHIDO ESE!

I dropped a tooth in the front, added two in the back, have a PC3, and a M4 high mount, and my boyfriend (I might talk about him too much) can do stand-up wheelies in forth on it, and sit down wheelies in third. OH YA, that's with no clutch, he doesn't believe in cluthing wheelies up either. He's been riding for about 10 years, so I'm trying to learn how to ride wheelies from him. Right now I can ride 1st gear wheelies.
I think stock, he could only do second gear wheelies...not sure if he could pull third up or not.

I use the clutch, it is the more predictable way to do sit down wheelies (stand ups I do bouncing them up)

Anyway, with stock gearing...2nd gear 55mph, pull the clutch, whack the throttle, let go the clutch and HOLD ON!!!!!

With the setup I got (same as miracle 1 dn 2 up) 3rd and 4th gear wheelies work similarly

that's what I did doing some of my first 2nd gear wheelies. it was damn easy to pull up. seems you have to bounce it at least once if your sitting down though.
That's the reason i'm hesitant to try wheelies... I can't afford to buy all new shit for my bike if I **** up...
Nasty pics man... :(

that's why i don't do wheelies. it fucks up your tires too. gives them all kinds of nice skid marks and flat spots.
