If any of you guys ride a 'naked' 3rd gen r6 or have a picture, please post them up!

If I ever lay my bike down (not if, but when, right?) I won't be covering it back up, I've just always had a thing for naked supersports. Can't seem to find a single good picture of a naked 3rd gen though?? And I'm curious as to how they turn out, and what you all do with the headlights/turns. Thanks ;)

Man, I must have been OUT of it last night, I'm finding all kind of decent pictures now  :lmao

I think the 1st pic is closest to what I'd be looking for (minus the rear seat removal :yuk:).

Also did some searching and found this through bkmoto:

Would probably look KILLER on an r6.

I've been tempted to throw the headlight from my old project onto my R6 and take it for a spin (it's a trackbike). I parted out the RC51 before I finished the project, but it was still fun: http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/...-A045-85F0770F56E5-13487-00000A7527586EA8.jpg

Found these through some sort of wizardry (google). Doesn't seem like there are a lot of them around.

Here is a thread on one that wasn't completed: http://www.r6-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=166430

That would look good on a 6. Most SF setups run dirtbike bars. I'm not a fan of them but they look super comfy.

Lots of goodies in this post and the linked thread, thanks!

I see what he did with the coolant reserve there (upper pic), not too shabby. I'd probably use the motion pro setup pictured in the linked thread; it's a little more formal looking imo.

I'd definitely keep the stock clip ons. The more aggressive, the better imo. I've got sport bars on the 650 and I still find myself wanting to be hung over the tank more.. although it is a sport/touring bike
