is the frame true? Does it have any cracks or fractures? Why isn't there a title included?

The bike came from Florida with a non rebuildable title. The frame has a few scuffs but nothing bad. I have had the bike for 6 & 1/2 or so years. It was a race bike the entire time I had it.

I'll send pics tomarrow. I will also send pics of the VIN.

reg. rec. is in good shape. I even have an extra plug in w/pins (bike side) for it. Plug ins are in great shape.
