99 r6 hesitates at 4k-6k help!!

My bike is about 15xxx miles with two brothers c2 exhaust, and stage 1 dyno jet kit in it. I Took my bike to the shop to get my carbs synched and my air and fuel mixture adjusted, in result it runs like a champ no hesitation and no poping under heavy decelerate. The next week I Installed factory pro +4 ignition advancer and Factory pro superflare v-stacks with no synch and tuning because theres no hesitation throught the whole 14k range but under deceleration it pops alittle. Then a week after I changed out my spark plugs put in new ones, the plugs that I took out are kinda blackish but not really that fouled. I Cleaned out the ram air ducks(really dirty) put everything back together, checked my vacuum lines and any other lines that they are not kinked up. Took my bike for a spin and this where the hesitation startes, in first gear taking off under normal acceleration at around 4k to 6k rpm it sputters like its spitting, First guess was my v-stack so I took it out replace it with oem stacks took it for another spin and still sputters. It all happends right after I changed out my spark plugs WTF???!?!? I need help fixing this sputtering prob and amy suggestions on what I should check for???

Spark plug gap may need to be checked or adj.
did you get the same heat range plugs?
What plugs did you use? I have found that it is not uncommon to get a "bad" new plug. I also had the same problem at the start of this season, changed plugs, cleaned the carbs, and was really frustrated, only t find the more i rode the piss out of it, the better it ran. the only thing i could figure i had bad gas left over from last season. like a dumb a$$ i didnt use stabil. ride the dog piss out of it and ee what happens
Also happened first, right after i changed the plugs
uhh i would suggest doing the carbs again? they are pretty simple to adjust urself just need the pressure gauge which can be made urself or bought.
i would almost bet anything its one of your coil packs i had the same problem
OK here's the solution: I took my bike to the yamaha service shop they did a check to see what I ****ed up when I changed out my plugs, they called me up the next day and said "your spark plug gapping is out of specs meaning its too wide apart from the middle electrode(I think its what its called)Now the prob is gone now:)Reminder when buying spark plugs off the dealers make sure the gapping meets the spec .6mm-.7mm. I learned something new today
Ok its still sputtering again corrected gapping doesnt help at all....do you think its the +4 advance Ignitioner Might have jumped a tooth..I remember when Installing the pick up rotor I crank it counterclockwise accidently
I dont no about that but i have the same problem right now and i put new plugs and is work for like a week and it came back. Mine happence when i pin the gas. Some one told me that your values need to be check?
PROBLEM SOLVED FINALLY CAN RELAX...I changed out my +4 ignition advancer rotor to the stock rotor and took my bike out for a cruize....amazingly it doesn't putter no more around 4k-6k rpm and back to normal...its smooth now, before my puttering sounds like that orange and red RX-7 in tokyo drift when its at the rev limit but...I can kinda tell the difference now, with the +4 degree rotor my throttle responded more snappier and rev faster while the stock one feels smooth in acceleration.....Im guessing the +4 ignition advancer is for people with bad gas or who is racing thair bike.
Um maybe you you should have switched to premium. I don't know enough about engine physics to say why but when I installed my advancer (quite a while back) I also had hesitation; very slight, barely noticeable, I only picked it up cause I glanced at the tach on the track one day and noticed it didn't move for a split second.

Well, after a bit of trial and error I switched up to 98 (which should be 93 or 94 stateside) and it immediately stopped. Every now and then on long trips when I don't have a choice I use the normal 95 (91 US grade) and it'll occasionally sputter.

My friend who has a 2002 also installed an advancer last summer, he hasn't noticed any problems with using the 95 fuel, but said that he has noticed a difference when using 98 or 100 which wasn't noticeable before putting in the advancer.

im having this problem with my 00

except the power seems the dye from 8-9 K hen come back and it only happens in 1st and 2nd gear, i have no clue what happened, i cleaned my air filter then put it in and it happened. this is the first time it happened. the night before i started it up and started going and it died on me =/ does anybody have any idea. its a stock bike other than exhaust. no advance or anything.

I installed back the +4 ignition advancer because I just can't stand the stock ignition response...Like you said it didn't move for a split second and your right. I'm going to try run on premium 92 see how it turns out. I notice my engine burns hotter now with the +4 advancer.
