So i want to know where everyone parks their bikes when they go to shopping centers? Well today i got a warning ticket for parking on the sidewalk. I don't know i may be wrong but really who cares if there a bike on the side walk, i see it done all the time!!! What do you guys think?

yeah i got a warning from parking outside the arena a few times. i usually park wherever i think it will get fked with the least.

if theres not a sign posted saying 'dont park ur bike here etc' then i do it. i leave enough space for people to walk past though w/o it being an obstacle

Motor Vehicles don't belong on sidewalks. I'm not saying I agree with that when you're talking about a motorcycle, but I'm pretty sure that's the law, so my bike goes in a parking spot.

At least it was just a warning.

they should have a sign up if u cant park in certain areas

^^that's ****in' stupid. It's a sidewalk. You saying they should have "No Parking" signs IN the damn stores, too? It's common sense that you're not allowed to park on the damn sidewalk. Sidewalks are for walking. Parking lots are for parking.

Again, though, I'm not saying that I've never parked on a sidewalk, but I'm saying, if I did and I got a ticket for it, I wouldn't be all THAT surprised.

I usually park in the slashed lines by the handicap parking. Hasn't been an issue yet.

^^You might as well be in the handicapped spot... You're in the area that's there so people in wheelchairs can get out of their vans.

i park next to bicycle racks, not in them, next to them so i can attach a chain, never been bugged yet.

ill park my bike on anything concrete and when the cop gives me shit. just let him know that the bikes near 10 grand, and your not lettin the stand sink into the asphalt
