i had an accident similar to yours, except i was going straight and a car that was parked made a u-turn, and didnt see me coming. well i hit the brakes, ended up doing a stoppie and let go of the bike and flipped off and i flew into the cars passenger door, you could see the imprint my body left on the door. it was a ford excursion, so the doors are pretty big, and i basically smashed into the door then fell back onto the cement, and then the guy hits the gas and takes off. i wasnt injured at all except for a scrape on my ankle, a few people saw, and called the cops, 10 minutes later, the guy comes back, telling me he didnt know that i hit his truck and blah blah blah, i wanted to kill his ass, but i had restraint and asked for his insurance and drivers license, he was wearing a portos bakery shirt, so i figured if his insurance is fake, at least i know where he works. so i got a lawyer, and it turned out his insurance was good and after waiting a year i got a $12,000 settlement, . heres the BEST PART, the day i get my check from my lawyer i wrecked by bike again. and i spent a big chunk puting it back together since i only had liability and wrecked it on my own.
so yeah your bike looks pretty bad, but its nothing $3000+ cant fix. was the frame damaged? looks like it was the front end and forks mostly. by the looks of it, if i were you id be in LAS VEGAS right about now, cause your one lucky s.o.b.
