His site states please allow 11-14 days to ship due to back orders. No biggie, I ordered on the 11th and it hasn't been 14 days yet. But it's interesting that I can get a new passport issued to me from the State Department in 9 days! Just wanted to bitch :)

I mean...how long does it take to cut out decals...? Seriously

Now I'm gonna go and install my new T-Rex sliders that I ordered on Monday and gotten yesterday (fri). These had better be some immaculate decals!

Man, just not my day. Opened the box and got the wrong sliders from T-Rex Racing. Sent me R1 sliders instead. The instructions were slipped in the box along with the invoice....get this...instructions for R1, invoice for R6. I mean, come on...! If I make a mistake, people die or go to jail innocently. I guess I should count my blessing these are merely shipping clerks.

I've never really had to return ship something due to the seller's mistake. I know I'll have to pay shipping to get it back to them, but will they refund that back to me?

Here's what they sent me...now any one who's got sliders on their R6W knows these ain't it.

I got some stickers from downat70 for my 2006 GSXR600. They looked great on my 1989 Honda Civic (the bike got stolen two days before the stickers arrived...) But I don't remember it taking that long to get them.

That sucks! I hope my bike doesn't get stolen before it gets here. I'd at least want the thief to have the decals also.

Did you get multicolored decals...were they just cut-outs slapped on top of another to create a primary color and border color?

UPDATE: just got an email shipping notification, so we'll see :)

I did get multi-colored decals, and no, they weren't just cut-outs slapped on top of each other. Like I said, they looked pretty good.

Still waiting......... sent email yesterday (wed 28) no reply.

No doubt they're good decals, but unless you have a month+ to wait and don't need it within a week or so to complete your project, then I would not order from them/him.

And yes, I'm a popo :) Never really thought about being one...went to college for info-sys. but was bored and just decided why the hell not? I like it and don't regret switching careers. Pluse I get to carry a gun, get out of tickets, etc.

I ordered decals from some dude on ebay. Said it would take 10-14 days to arrive. It took 22 business days. By that time I'd forgotten I ordered them. they were coming from Malaysia (i didnt even know they made stuff there...) Oh well... they were AWESOME decals, and he forgot to charge me the extra $7 for the carbon-fiber look :sing I'm over it now. Hope you get your decals soon

Thats cool, I'm military now, probably going the same route down the road. . .
As in the Law Enforcement route? Did you sign up for the GI Bill? If you did, you can use that while you're in the academy. The department that hires you will send you to the academy (free). I blew mine in college and back then (Clinton) it was only $450 a month. Should have saved it.

In hindsight, I probably wouldn't have gone to college, instead, started the police career earlier for retirement. But then again, a degree opens alot of doors, and you get to party and do stupid stuff. But military experience does the same, especially for this kind of work. And not like you can't go to college part time...

I'd skip college and get the GI Bill during the academy and buy a new bike :)

Yea, been in 4 years now, I extrended to come to this hole in the earth. . . so 2 years left. Of course I got the G.I. Bill, even paid extra into it so I get that extra like 5k. The department back home pays 100% of books/tuition for classes you take towards a LE degree so I should be able to bank the GI Bill.
