Anybody ever heard of ARATA exhaust? I saw their little booth at the motorcycle show last weekend. Looked good, full Ti and everything!

Anyone know this brand or HP figures?

I was at the show in Detroit checking out there stuff.
The have a distributor in Brighton(BSBK.net), MI.

Both of the salesmen were racers. One guy was even a Canadian Factory Kawi rider(eewwww!).

BUT THE PIPES! he said an R6 with PC3, degreed cams, STOCK FILTER, and ARATA pipe make over 114.5hp!!

$1100 for the full system.

Damn. Akropovic better get in game.

I've seen a 03 600RR with the Arata 3/4 system.. Sounds awesome, looks killer, quality is excellent. Not sure about increased performance though..

arata is one of the top racing exhausts out there. equivalent to graves, akrapovic and hindle. mostly seen as full system setups for the track, but ive seen a few people that run the slipons. great manufacturing/sound/and appearance. definately worth the money imo.

If I were a fast enough rider to need any engine/exhaust upgrades... they would be on the top of my list.

I think the TiForce is equally impressive and sells for less. However, both are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced and don't make sense for the average street rider IMO.

The ARATA's quality is really too good for racetrack use, I see them more for street bikes and if you have seen the average racer his/her race gear looks pretty beat up. I don't mean the racers with deep pocket race budgets. As for the advertised HP the ARATA catalogue lists a high of 109.4 for the full system. Not bad horse power but the exhaust is pricey, but deals on new systems can be had if you look for them.
