You can look at the specifications in the service manuals, as well as part numbers on the parts sites like https://mrcycles.com/ .
The specifications between the years do change. The resistances for coil on plugs for my '08 R6S are unusually low. Eventually they got impossible to find and have been running on the newer spec coils with significantly higher resistances. Keep in mind that the engineers matched up the drivers (in the ECU) with the coils. So you want to try to stick to stock values unless you don't have a choice, or truly know something about engine tuning.
