Putting front wheel on, axle torqued to 65 ft/lbs calipers have to be forced into space and then the caliper bracket itself grinds on rotor. I can’t figure it out.

Do you have all the spacers in tact? There should be one on each side of the wheel.

Looks like the wheel is in backwards. Compare the front wheel spokes to the rear

Yep. I agree. Wheel’s in backwards. There is also an arrow on me of the spokes to tell you which way it goes in.

Then you’ll need to flip the tire on the rim because the rim goes on only one way.

Yep, one spoke has an arrow on it.. left side as I recall. I always change mine with left up so tire arrow points counter clockwise.
