Does anyone have experience with front axle sliders and/or swingarm sliders and can enlighten about whether or not they'll interfere with agressive lean angles?

I've got an '06 R6

if your dragging your axle slider, your dragging knee and elbow and helmet at the same time, only chuck norris can pull that off

I have never seen any rear spools that stick out that far usually they only stick out an inch or less. If you low side they may touch the ground, but I am still waiting to meet a person that wants to low side there bike.

I've got R&G fork sliders and Woodcraft swingarm sliders/spools. I drag the engine cases and exhaust before the other bits touch the ground.

I've seen a lot of R6 fork tubes get scuffed up in falls, so I went with the R&G sliders. No first-hand crash test on them yet (thankfully) but other's I've seen used worked well.
