Back From Court...

I went to court yesterday my charges were a criminal riding without the motorcycle endorsement and speeding 70 in a 45. The judge threw out the endorsement charge and the speeding ticket costs me 213 bucks.

Since the case is settled I will confess that I was really doing 140 and I won the race...our justice system is way to nice. No wonder everyone wants to live here. If our court system just keeps 'dropping' criminal charges, we will always have criminals. A ticket may be good punishment to someone who is on welfare but honestly I just assume its my track fee. If they quit slapping wrists they will actually get results... :::SHRUGS:::

God bless the :usa ?

I only have comprehensive in case my bike goes missing. My liability deductible would be 1K I figure if I have a couple thousand dollars in damage to the bike I prolly will never want to ride it again due to the amount of pain it caused me...?

Why did the judge throw out the endorsement charge?
Why did the judge throw out the endorsement charge?
They were throwing everything out. There were black guys ahead of me with sideways hats and baggy pants, grown men with no license, no tag, no insurance and speeding...They thew everything out but speeding.

I also had taken the MSF and gotten my endorsement by the time I went to court but they were being easy on everyone.
Wow, so what you just said to me was that your a jackass and will continue to be a jackass until they either arrest you, or more likely, you wind up dead. Racing in a 45mph zone is just retarded. Pay the money and go to the track. Moron

NO, these cheap ass speeding tickets are fine with me.
Dayum! Harsh crowd tonight!
Ever wonder why sportbike riders have a bad name? This is reason number 1. Squids that do stupid shit on the street. Whatever, I'm done with this thread. He's just looking to show how big his internet penis is. If he wants to be stupid and kill himself, I just hope it doesn't take an innocent life with him.

I am not a squid, I wear full gear and this happened to be a back road in the boondocks where I live. The only cars around were my opponent and the cop. I just decided to see how fast his car was if you ride a sport bike and deny twisting the throttle, you are full of shit.
Funny your bashing the legal system but you can't man up for your charges. If you are going to do something wrong be a man and accept consequences.
dam man i got off easy then. I was doing 77 in a 35 with no permit or license and the cop was really cool with me. It was probably because i actually pulled over. I got a direct court summons.

$150 fine and out the door i went

It started to rain so i was trying to beat the rain. Thought i might throw that in there for my own defense.

I pulled over, went to court, payed 215 dollars and I'm standing here asking why I wasn't put in jail for doing 140 MPH?

Yea my best effort yet...Tomorrow is friday now thats something to celebrate. On much more depressing note my bike is still sitting idle with a plugged tire lol.
