when you put on the brake it flashs
and is that what you think is the best
i bought an integrated led tail light from clear alternative (aka the link on the left) and they fucking rock. it sounds like you are confused from looking at the gif. the tail light is constant as long as you have the brake on. it does not blink. i dont know if that is what you really want but i dont think it matter too much. these led's are bright enuf that you will be seen. i did the tail conversion to the 01-02 undertail with these lights from the 99-00 and wow what a difference............i guess if you are looking for blinking ones email the guys at clear alternative and see if they can make you one...........good luck
I just got this one back from them in the mail yesterday. It took 1 full week from sending to recieving and the quality is top notch. I went with them because I didn't like the yellow flasher of clear alternatives, and the appearance looks better visually to me. My opinion only of course. You should check them out.

If you are a member of www.r6messagenet.com and go to the Modifications thread, I have a post there with pocs of what it looks like.

here's the link to the manufacturer.

Oh yeah, 114.99 including shipping back to me...was well worth the clean look of no signals!

that one is hammy's I believe, it strobes as an option, has like 150 different settings... as for the "best" I would say custom led since it has the brightest leds and I think the most (96 total) ... thats why I bought it!
***EDIT***
Forgot to mention the Custom led one has "color change technology" which I think basically shuts the red leds off when the yellow turn signal ones are engaged, I believe the CA ones stay red and add yellow? Correct me if I am wrong

Damn, those are bright!!
Actually its a little brighter than that but it's only the board without the lense covering it... Bright though!
ya know, i dont know the number of leds on mine.....i guess i could count them but i would guess there close to that same number. they dont have the same features as the ones listed above like all the miliions of settings but they were $50-$60 cheaper.
CustomLED is probably by far the best settup for an integrator, but when I heard the price, I basically siad :FU and i'm going with the Clear Alternatives

I think the clear alternatives one has the same amount of leds but I hear they arent nearly as bright for some reason... It would be nice to do a comparision of the two

Even for the 180 www.tobefast.com sells them it'd be worth it, but I got mine for 78 shipped off ebay!!! Looked shady as hell but it turned out legit!! Thank god for ebay!

Also if you factor in the cost of how much the leds are, about .65 cents an led, using 100 would be about 65 bucks right there... not to mention all the resistors and capacitors and whatever else makes the design shut off all red leds when it's blinking, the soldering and wiring not to mention they include everything you need basically (wiring wise), even the crimp connectors (waterproof ones)! All those pieces add up!
yeah, ptirmal sounds like you got a good deal. it would be nice to compare. anybody around mpls/st paul area that has anything other than clear alternatives for after market tail light. i have the digi cam to compare but need the other person.............
