Hey everyone, first time posting here. Hopefully someone can help me out.

I recently got a 2005 r6 from this guy as a project bike. I got everything done on it and it was running great until today when I had to take the battery out to charge it. When putting it back in after I accidentally wired what I thought was the positive wire of the power commander (it was bright red) to the battery. After trying to start it and going back and realizing my mistake I switched it back over to the ground and tried starting it. The lights come on on the PC and the bike will chug like it wants to start but won't and then just starts clicking when the battery goes down.

Any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it? I'm assuming it's something with the PC as I literally started it up 5 min before being dumb and doing all that. I've checked all the connections and can't seem to find any problems there anyway.

Check all your fuses? Try disconnecting the pc and starting the bike. You might have fried the pc.
