So quick question. i have been looking into getting new brakes for my 05 R6. but Im confused on how many I need to buy... also what brand I should buy. Any help you can give will be appreciated. Also an input on tires would be nice.

What kind of riding? Front, rear or both?

Pads. and both and street riding. no track.

for a streetbike? I wouldnt even bother with anything other than the cheapest pads out there and a rotor hone. You start putting racepads or something that requires more heat to be effective... you're not going to be happy.
