You are going to need different lines, you can still run two lines just need to be routed slightly different and different ends to accommodate for the different mounting location
Brake lever swap?
I'm changing out the factory brake master with a 2012 r6 brembo setup. My factory one on my 04 has 2 brake cables shown below. The new one has only 1. How would I go about this?
