Question: Can I delete the wheel speed sensor?
I have a 17 r6 and want to use it for track only. I am having an error code of P1500, which is wheel speed sensor error and my traction is not working. I am not sure if I have to have this error code fixed or I can just simply remove the sensor and ride it as there is not abs and traction.

Pretty sure you'll have all kinds of issues if you try to delete the sensor / ring. I've heard everything from speedometer not working, quickshifter won't work, abs and check engine light, etc. You can get an OBII adapter and use a cheap code reader to clear it.

R1MATTRR is right. Ur bike will have tons of issues I can live without traction control, mph and prefer no abs but the quick shifting is a must have.

You can turn off ur rear wheel sensor in the ecu by way of Flash Tune. Therefore eliminating any check engine light but still no mph, traction control and quick shifting. You have to keep your rear wheel senor and abs ring on rear and front.

Where is the spot to turn it off? I don't see it in there...
