My chain tensions are all outta whack. The chain is within spec until you rotate it then it gets super tight. its only at a certain spot tho im 99% sure my sprockets are bent or anything is bent. Im thinking its just the chain. If this can happen to a chain is it fixable or do I need a new chain?

heres is a video of what im am trying to exlain.

I placed a straight edge next to both sprockets and spun the wheel and I couldn't tell it to out of round any? Is that something you can eyeball or do you have to measure?

It's not uncommon for a chain to get loose spots when it wears. Replace both sprockets, and the chain at the same time. Any one worn component, will wear out the other two if you don't replace them as a set.
