Got caught in the rain the other day on the 6. Not something I would care to repeat frequently, but I must admit that rain at 90mph is a unique experience

So after 60 miles in the rain I got her in the garage. The next morning I gave the chain/sprocket a good cleaning (surface rust started on the chain OVERNIGHT!!! ) and wiped/polished the fairings, but I seem to have picked up some road grime or something in my front brake, because it now squeaks at low speeds... not enough to be embarrasing, but I can't stand knowing that my baby isn't running optimally....

I presume that it is grime on the pads. Are there any tricks to cleaning the brake pads? Water? Pressure? Chemicals? Will I have to remove the pads to thoroughly clean them?
