Disconnect the cable from the clutch and check for freedom of movement. If that isn't the problem then it is the clutch springs and you will most likely have to live with it if it is a stock clutch. Could be some binding in the clutch itself.ok
the clutch on my ATV is very tight and hard to squeeze...anyone know what causes this and what i can do to make it smooth??
it may be the cable?!?!...donno...need some help with this tech stuff...
well i dont know about a bike but in car what causes this is the presure plate. it should be the same for a bike but i dont know if you can exchange the plate for some other one that might fit the flywheel. i guess that you will just have to learn to leave with it. if you play with the lever and cable that only adjusts how soon it grabs, but not how hard it is.ok
