Ive done alot of research on both. I know back a few years hyperpro had some leak issues, but have since stepped up there game. I love the look of both the piston style like the hyperpro/ohlins but dont mind the box look of the scotts either. The scotts is 20 bucks cheaper and ive heard good things about them.

So what do you guys think would be the best damper?

I think the scotts requires drilling into the frame according to what there website says...Thats what led me not to buy the scotts...Although the scotts is a verry well made damper with no flaws
