Don't worry, operating temperature is between about 105 & 240.
Anything above 240 & shes starting to get too hot. The symbol & temp will flash & the warning light will come on. After that when it hits around 285 the temp will read "HI", then you've got problems.
I sit about 167 to 180 when riding and 210 in dead stop traffic. At about 212 the fan kicks on until it cools below 210. (I live in HI, extra humid and constantly above 80 degrees).
Ya, even on the hottest day here over the summer (around 100 with 90% humidity) I never got above 215 while sitting around. Fans kicks on and maintains that or even lowers it a bit. Once you get movin again, it drops pretty quickly. If it stays upwards of 210 while riding around, I would get it checked out but if not, no worries.
