Just wondering if one of you guys would take a picture of a blue '04 and make the screws holding on the fairing black? Thought it might make an interesting contrast.

Just get a Vis-a-Vis marker and color them in and see what it'll look like in real life. If it sucks, just wipe it off. :cheers

I painted mine black but I have the black w/red flames 03. Looks sweet!

Yeah I did painted the bolts on my black 03 black as well. To get a rough idea I used the bolts that hold the small peices on the down by the kickstand on that are already kind of gray and put them in the places of the silver fairing bolts. I would post a pic but damnnet.com is down.

I went one step farther and powdercoated every bolt and bracket on my bike that can be seen gloss black. Since I have the Black with Flames R6 I also had the bolts that are in the flames sections on my fairings painted to match. I think it looks :boob

When I get done reparing my bike I will have to put some pictures on this site so very one can tell me what they think.
