well hell, you already hacked the bottom portion of the mudflap off so y not just hack the light off too and then slide the plate up so it covers the hole left by that, drill a couple holes for the plate, and BAAM, done. its the super cheap way!
I made a pivoting plate bracket out of 4 L brackets and a couple of bolts and lock nuts, that I am going to mount down by my shock, and I have a lighted plate frame from McCoy Motorsports so I stay legal. Then once Clear Alternatives comes out with the integrated taillight for the '08s, I'll order one of those and put everything on :nocontroli guess that could work :dunce: i was just lookin to eliminate as much plastic dremeling and filing as possible. can you just take off the whole stock fender assembly and replace it with some L brackets or somthing and still use the stock turn signals?
