Just got my front wheel off and plan on taking it to Cycle Gear to have the new tire mounted on. Can they balance it with the rotors still attached or do i need to remove them first? Thanks

I've always mounted my tires and had them balanced without removing rotors etc...

No, you don't remove the rotors. They're essentially part of the rotating mass and need to be accounted for when balancing the wheel.
