eBay seller: bmir1...think twice (wheel stripe)

I bought a wheel stripe "kit" from eBay seller "bmir1". What I received was just a roll of red tape. No instructions...no guide...the color is faded, and it doesn't even look like it'd stand up to a puddle or a wash. Just a heads up...go somewhere else to get a wheel stripe - somewhere that shows the actual prodcut being sold, not just the finished result (my mistake, I know).
