Error code 60, ETV fuse keeps blowing

Hey guys just recently installed a antigravity lithium battery and she started right up and was going strong for about 5 minutes until the engine just quit on me while I was riding.

I saw the ETV fuse was blown and right when I replaced it, it blew immediately. (Key was turned off)

Any idea what it could be?

It's showing code 39 and 60

I don't know the codes, but immediately melting a fuse typically is a dead short. Unhook the sensor and probe the wires for continuity to the negative battery cable with key off. Check each for 12v with black probe on negative battery post. Then turn key on kill switch off (as in will crank if the starter were pushed). Is fuse still good unhooked? Inspection of etv required. Fuse blown? Wiring is bad. What are the resting voltage of battery? Charging voltage? Peak output is around 5500rpm if my memory is correct. Should be around 13.5v at idle. Below 13v.. rectifier/battery. Above 14.5v... voltage regulator/rectifier unit is cooking your battery.

Same problem with my bike. I probed the fuse slots. Both sides have no continuity with ground. No sign of melted wires. This happened to me right after I replaced my power rectifier and battery. My rectifier was bad and cooked the battery. My bike will start up fine. I have no throttle due to etv fuse blowing. It blows every time I touch the positive end of the wiring harness to the battery(key off).
