ok i know this has been posted before but i just installed my slip on and when i remove the exup cables from the bottom i also remove them from the top and just let them hang there correct? sorry for the dumb question but i just gotta make sure....thanks
When I installed my slip on i removed the cables from the exup motor that is located in front of the rear spring. If you take the exup motor off the cables come off just like they do off of the valve. I removed the cables all together just because I didn't like the idea of the cables just hanging there.
I have an 09 R6 with a stock exhaust and a GYTR slip on. I’m looking for a better sound (more noise) without being too loud. Should I do a muffler delete like an M4? Would that M4 hook right up to my slip on? How loud would I be after that? Too loud?

My R6 2010 model starts well, idles normally, but after 5 minutes it starts to starve. I have changed fuel pump, nozzles but still!!
Immediately you put it off and on again, it starts well and fires well.
Hello everyone, I recently purchased a 2019 R6 last month, and something just came to my mind. I did a slip-on and numerous mods (all aesthetic mods) to the bike, but I just wanted to know is the exhaust system from previous generations (06-16) the Exact same as the current one(17’+)? In photos...
