i have some now but i dont like how they dont stay on like the oem ones do unless they are blinking.

are there any out there that stay on?

mine are protons and they stay on as running lights
What brand did you install ?? maybe need to check the wiring ??

Check out the magic blinker modules from Custom LED they allow single filament bulbs to act as running lights. They are VERY popular..
