So I got some Lockhart Phillips chrome flush mounts which i put on fine. The only problem that I ran into was that the sticky circles it came with weren't at all sticky. So to make it fit and stay into the light socket I used duck tape and made it double sided. Is there a better way to keep it in place? I was using this fix for just a temporary situation please let me know.

you can pick up some 3M doublesided tape at your local autoparts store. its real strong and u can also get it in sheets to cut... no telling how long the duct tape will last. Just a frendly fyi

it should last for a long time... its the same as the tape on ventvisors.
they have been known to blow off, but i think its the prep of the serface area first... make sure its clean and use alcohol to prep the surface...
