This is what I get for parking on a street in Manhattan.

I came back and was wondering why my mirror was turned in. Later I see my front-left turning signal dangling. It works and I don't see anything broken, but it looks like it needs to be "popped" back in?

I tried a few different ways and it's a no go.

Any ideas?

It's two pieces. There is the rubber part that pops into the fairing, and then there is a plastic retaining piece that snaps into it from the back side. You may need to remove the fairing to re-attach it properly.

Thanks guys. Yes, flushies is what came to mind after this happened.

Stupid newb question, how hard is it to install the flushies? Do I need to drill? Sodder? Splice?

If you have wire-strippers and electrical tape you can install Protons. Basically just cut the old ones off and attach the wires to the new ones. Pretty simple. The hardest part was taking the fairing off.

The Gregg's flushies take 10 minutes or less to install. Very easy.

Right you were... Here's a quick shot after install.

Thanks again for all recommendations and input. The bike even "feels"s more sleek. :)
