Well, the light goes on when you have 0.92 gals left. And your bike gets what? 36 mpg average? So 36 / 0.92 = your answer.

ran it BONE DRY at 32.3. literally... it ran out of gas, and died on me on the freeway.

i always set my trip and try to fill up by the time i hit 100 miles, i always try to fill up before the light comes on (which is around 125-130 miles). on a long trip i just look out for gas staions, and fill up when i pass even if i have 25-50 miles to go before the light will come. better safe than sorry.

ive gone 32.6 miles on the light once...i'm thinkin i was about to run out a few feet further though lol

I'll usually go around 10 miles or so with the light on...
