Full system w/ Hotbodies can???

I have an 06 r6 and was wondering if I put a full system and adapted a hotbodies gp style slash cut to fit, would I have a problem with back pressure. I need two answers, one can I run w/o a pc for a while w/o damaging anything, and two, will I lose alot of performance even after i put a pc on w/ a custom map, if so, would it be lows, mids, or highs? Anyone w/ a similar application, feel free to advise.Thanks.
