As far as technically... :-\ I'm not really sure. It's a single bulb per side. It shines through one lense and is reflected through the other. I'm assuming this is to create a wider path of light. Again not sure though. I know all my friends hate it. As I go over bumps my lights go from white to blue. They keeps saying after we go for a run somewhere, "I thought you were the cops behind me!" haha
Not sure if that answered your question or not. I love the new lights though. With the bike just sitting there it reminds me of a spider or something. hehe
