My first post :p

Bought a Australian Supersport spec R6 few months ago, and of course on the second outing I had a failed (or succesful) attempt at dragging elbow :p

A resulting damaged but fuel tight tank has me looking at this:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400127825450&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

It appears to be a complete tank cover for the R6 tank, similar I guess to the way CBR600RR tanks work.

Has anyone used or seen these before?

Nice forum BTW!

Interesting product. I just bought the ETI tank sliders, myself.

Also, post up pics of the bike, Mustard...
They will prevent your bike from going into flames and looking like this..... (buddy's highside 08 r6)

BUUUUUUT

They will leave a dent. (after my low side, 08 r6)

Yeah I was lucky my tank didn't split or grind through, so hence getting this cover. It will cover the dents in the tank being a full cover and replaces the little airbox cover too. I guess it's like the ETI one but a full shell instead of just the sides.

This is the bike after the spill and still in the old owners colours and also up the inside of an R1 a few laps before. Still working out my own scheme. Need to find someone decent to help me with some graphics and tidying up my business logo:
