Tore everything down to the frame and built it back up. No fuses are blown but the headlights don't work and the horn just makes this funny pop/click sound when I press the button. No clue.

Remove the horn and independently test by connecting directly to battery.

We find that some folks aren't aware that the headlights only run once the engine is started.

You were right! Been taken apart for so long forgot the little things. Lol. Ended up getting a new horn.
