I replaced the fork seals and started assembly on the first fork leg. Im trying to prime the damper rod, but nothing is coming out. Should I be worried? Is something clogged? This is on a 2009 R6R. I appreciate any speedy response, since im supposed to take it to Laguna in a few hours.

Ensure the needle rod is in the cartridge rod and that you fully extend and collapse as far as possible. It will sometimes take a few strokes to get it started, but generally once it starts it fills the cartridge quickly.

I tried it. Still nothing. I ended up pushing the needle down while stroking and it seems to move some fluid that way. Its funny that none of the how to videos mention this. Does this apply to 08-up only?

Thanks again Dan
