I’ve got a 2007 r6 with vortex 7 degree adjustable clip ons, and I’m really struggling to find a good mirror that will work with the current setup. The clip ons have this stupid plastic nub that seals the bar ends with no threading for handlebar mirrors, so I was looking for something that could potentially wrap around the bar itself? I could always just go with the standard OEM mirrors, but I hate how bulky and fat the look. Bought some stealth mirrors off Amazon but they didn’t fit.

You need to feed more of the bar through the clamp that attaches to the forks.

You'll have to move all the switches and controls over, but it will leave you with more bar sticking out the end of the grip to attach a mirror.
