something to do with getting a relay or resistor. i read about it somewhere here but cant remember exactly what it was. try search button sorry best i can do

puting body back on and connecting flush turn signals now lights flash very fast stating im about to blow a bulb? or theyre hooked up wrong? i duno and they wer working fine before i took everything apart anyone help

To slow down the flash rate you need more load on the circuit, or an aftermarket relay. Unless you know what you are doing with resistors, I would suggest getting this:
