Just a question to anybody who knows about or has already done an HID conversion on their R6. If I purchase a universal H7 HID kit intended for a car ( a plug n play kind ) wouldn't I essentially have 2 sets for my 6 if i just use it on the driving light side. Or do I actually need to buy a special motorcycle kind like they have at www.xenondepot.com Maybe this is just too simple to be true...any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I've heard that you need to upgrade your wiring harness as well. Otherwise, the stock harness could melt because of the extra amperage draw from the HID's.

hids draw less current then haolgen when fully warmed up...

only the balasts take alot when igniting them.....
