you expect everyone to hand you your answers on a silver plate? do some work and look some information up yourself.
isn't that what forums are for?.. giving and receiving responses.. if you don't want to answer it don't enter and leave it to the people who don't mind answering my question without getting emotional about it..

Airforce.R6...I just installed a great pair of 8k which are powder blue and light an entire block. Just 165- shipped free in us and can from cqlight.ca. They only carry up to 10k which are more blue but not a true clear blue. I cant really describe the color. the 8k's are a true baby/powder blue.

its said plenty of times, search before you ask. end of story.
It's pretty simple actually, you just "DON'T" click threads that ask questions about HIDs. Why go and talk shit and piss everyone off, no one is forcing you to click.

As I say on most HID posts - I have 10000K in my bike and 12000K in my car. 10000K is still bright with a major blue tint compared to other lights out there. The 12000K puts you over that point. You dont get as much light put off but its such a dark blue it looks awesome.

Here is 10000K

Here is 12000K in the car...

Yes they look close but they are very different in output light. The reflected light is blue-er on the ground with the 12000K... and the bike pic in in projector housings....

How's the installation process for the HID's? Does it require a lot of extra work. I run a blue 01 R6 and am still learning my way around the components of the bike. Something possible for me to do?

Edit: Also, which set would be the best given the color of my bike. I know a lot of you said 8k, so would that be an H9 kit?

Thanks all!

no, H9 is a type of bulb. 8k is the temperature of the bulb.
most people perfer either a 6k or 8k temp. bulb.

for your R6 you will need a H7 type.

so, go to the ebay link above. buy them and let him know you need H7/H7 (low/high) and then whatever temp. that you want. if u need help PM me.
