Luckily, I was able to easily fix it with trash and some hose clamps. Every few hundred miles the aluminum would melt off, and I'd just stop somewhere and dig through trash cans until I found a replacement. Only took 5 minutes.

I really hope this was meant as a joke or it was a 12 year old doing all the work. I think it's funny how some of the other guys on the forum think he did a good job. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure anyone with a brain would notice if their pipe fell off while riding down the highway, the exhaust sound alone would let you know something is wrong.

He should have recycled all the aluminum and just got a new exhaust. Nevermind, he should get rid of the bike, be doesn't deserve it. As much as I don't care for Kawasaki no bike deserves to be put through that sort of torture.

I followed the links that were posted in that thread. Apparently the guy works at Tool Barn, too bad he doesn't know how to use the tools.
