I scored another r6 crashed...got me alot off extra parts..mainly the whole rearend and stuff....so I figure why not have fun and mod something...so I hopped on ebay and scored a 03 honda undertail...for a whole 66 bucks...woo hoo..
so why not try it right......so the plan is to mod it on and have a new midpipe made to fit the bike and pipe...if all fails...I stick on my stock suff again...no harm.....
Do you think it would be safe to widen that hole on the swing arm to fit the pipe through as well? I know its done in custom shops so I figure its OK....what to you think...I marked the area to cut...it thin...no support there...

great idea,try adding ,welding some extra metal around the whole to keep the stiffness constant. if ur taking metal away u need to stop the extra twisting u'll get.

i agree with bravo have it man. just try to brace the new hole as much as u can. u dont want to give up traction for looks. unless u plan on just showin the bike and not actually ridin it. :mrgreen:
