This guy cut down the R6S exhaust and made it shorter, is this difficult to do? can it be painted black afterwords?

I work for a company that has an aluminum fab shop including CNC machines. I just am curious as to how its done. Is the pipe riveted together? And if it is, how would rivets seal an exhaust?

Id say to just practice it on your stock one, that way if you mess it up its not like you lost a bunch of money on it.:tongue

Oh this is going to be fun! I am hoping to just shorten my exhaust like he did, how short can I go. Will it mike the bike louder or does the mid pipe do most of the muffling?
